  • Connection Data: We temporarily monitor routing metrics and IP connections solely to optimize stream routing, prevent server congestion, and ensure your account limits operate smoothly.
  • Subscription Metadata: Start dates, end dates, and active connection limits.

2. Financial Data & Third-Party Sharing

We use industry-leading external payment gateways to process all transactions. Your financial data (credit card numbers, CVCs, bank details) is processed securely by the gateway and never touches our servers. We only receive a secure token confirming the transaction status.

For tracking user engagement and optimizing our platform, we may share anonymized traffic data with reputable analytics providers (such as Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel) in aggregate forms.

3. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We utilize cookies strictly necessary for the technical operation of the Client Portal and storefront:

  • Authentication Cookies: We utilize highly secure, encrypted HTTP-only JSON Web Token (JWT) cookies to maintain your active login session in the Client and Admin portals.
  • GDPR Consent Cookies: Used to remember your preference regarding our cookie banner.
