Refund Policy
Effective Date: February 2026
As a provider of premium digital infrastructure and routing access, our refund policy strictly adheres to standard consumer protection frameworks for non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
1. Digital Goods Activation Rule
Due to the nature of our instant activation protocol, once your unique digital access credentials (portal link, M3U routing line) have been generated and the network securely handshakes with your IP address, the digital good is considered fully delivered and consumed.
2. 7-Day Technical Failure Guarantee
We stand behind the reliability of our infrastructure. If you experience a complete inability to authenticate with our servers or route traffic through our provided endpoints, you must immediately contact our technical support team at [email protected].
Under this guarantee, if our engineers determine that the failure originates on our side of the network (e.g., global server outages, persistent routing degradation) and we cannot resolve the issue within 7 business days of your ticket opening, you will be eligible for a full or pro-rated refund.
- Exclusions: This guarantee does not cover local ISP throttling, your localized routing equipment failures (slow internet, faulty routers), or issues on third-party client video players over which we have no control.
3. Subscription Cancellations
Subscriptions automatically renew to ensure uninterrupted access. You retain full control and may cancel your recurring payment plan at any time through our secure Client Portal or by contacting support.
If you cancel your subscription mid-cycle, your access remains active until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for unused days in an ongoing subscription block.
4. Dispute Resolution Pipeline
Before escalating any payment disputes to your bank or card issuer, you are required to open a ticket with our support team. Often, what appears to be a billing error is a simple misunderstanding that our human agents can resolve in under 24 hours. As noted in our Terms of Service, bypassing the technical support team to file a fraudulent chargeback will compel us to submit digital access logs to contest the fraud and permanently blacklist your credentials.
