Terms of Service
Last Updated: February 2026
1. Nature of Service
Premium Entertainment Network (“we”, “us”, “our”) acts strictly as a Digital Infrastructure Provider. We provide specialized routing network access and software infrastructure that allows users to access various digital endpoints.
We do not host, upload, distribute, or own the underlying media streams, video files, or digital content transmitted through our network. We solely provide the conduit and portal access for our users' personal, private use.
2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
Our network infrastructure is continuously monitored for quality assurance and security purposes. As a subscriber, you agree to the following strict conditions:
- You may not restream, broadcast, or publicly distribute the network access provided to you.
- Account sharing across multiple households or exceeding your purchased concurrent connection limit is strictly prohibited.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or extract the underlying M3U/portal delivery systems.
Account Security: To ensure optimal performance for all our VIP members, your subscription is tied to your household. Systems that detect unauthorized sharing or restreaming will automatically pause network access to protect the infrastructure.
3. Billing and Chargebacks
By subscribing to our infrastructure, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. You agree that once digital access has been granted and activated on our servers, the service is considered fully delivered.
Billing Support: We pride ourselves on resolving issues directly. If you have a billing question, please contact our 24/7 WhatsApp team. Please note that initiating a bank dispute before contacting our team triggers an automated security hold on your account while the network logs are reviewed.
4. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Premium Entertainment Network be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our infrastructure. Uptime guarantees are targets, not contractual obligations, due to the inherent nature of global network routing.
